Each quarterly shipment will be automatically charged to the card on file prior to the release, as well as applicable shipping charges.
 

Members may cancel at any time after 4 releases by contacting Rancho Victoria Vineyard via email at least 30 days prior to scheduled shipment – Early cancellation prior to 4th release is subject to a $50.00 early cancellation fee. 
 

We reserve the right to add benefits at any time without notice.
 

We reserve the right to make comparable substitutions if necessary.
 

For members who have chosen to have their Wine Club wines held for pick up, your will be available for pick up during regular business hours any day after the scheduled release date and will be held up to 6 months. Wines not picked up after 6 months will be shipped at the members expense. If you would like a friend or family member to pick up your shipment, an authorization email needs to be sent to victor@rvv.bz verifying that you have given permission to that person to sign for the delivery.
 

An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for and receive the package. If there will not be an adult at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a P.O. Box or left with someone under the age of 21. If no one is available for delivery, two additional delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered, or arrangements are not made to pick it up from UPS it will be returned to us and there will be additional shipping charges to resend the package.
 

If your card is declined more than 2 times your membership will be canceled until payment of the two current shipments is received and all information is updated.
